I am getting this error while configuring the email integration note: the database is migrated from different osTicket system I already added a URL on Azure with new secret key for this new osTicket system

Please look at the existing threads on this issue. The problem is with your local PHP installation, not osTicket. You can look at the resolutions on the older threads or do some googling.
