When we send attachments from osticket, the 3rd attachment goes missing. It is uploaded to osticket and we can see it in the ticket. But the user only receives 2 attachments.

Can anybody help me with what is "all"? I posted a screenshot of my current settings and I checked upload_max_filesize, post_max_size, max_file_uploads and max_input time. And they are all ok for my example that I posted.
And all the attachments are in the ticketsystem, so how can these settings be a problem?
Search for the older threads on this. I remember someone had this issue not too long ago and it was settings related.
You appear to be using a third party theme mod. Try removing it and re-testing.
