Cannot manage or create agents after last update

Hello,
after update to version 1.17 last week we found out that it is no longer possible to manage the existing or create the new agents. The tabs for "Access", "Permissions" or "Teams" are not active and can not be accessed.
Before update we were on version 1.15 and it worked fine.

Unfortunately the colleague who did the update is on sick leave this week and we searching for a quick solution.

You will need to look at your logs (general server logs, webserver error logs, PHP error logs, MySQL/MariaDB error logs, osTicket System Logs, Browser Console logs, etc.) for any related errors.

We seem to find the direction in which to dig.
The agents can be managed if the "LDAP Authentication" plugin is deactivated, but then the agents cannot login to ticket system any longer, because the passwords cannot be synced from AD.

This is the same plugin wich worked good in the previous version. I mean for what it is supposed to work is working good. It's only causing olso this management issue.

What's the backend value for the Agent's in the database (ost_staff table)?

Your page is breaking which means there should be an error logged somewhere. Please check the logs I mentioned in one of my previous posts to look for any related errors.
