So, I'm currently trying to disable Email visibility for everyone and anyone, Agent and EndUser alike.
Unfortunately I can't seem to disable the checkboxes in Admin Panel > Manage > Forms > Contact Information.
They are just greyed out, unselectable. Is this intentionally not a feature or is there something I'm missing?

Note: I'm not trying to disable the usage of emails. I understand this is an email-based ticket system. However, it would be nice to reduce risks by making it so no one can see anyone else's email address.
