modifying osTicket 1.16.1 properties in mysql80

Hi,
There's two properties I'd like to modify if possible:

[1] The date of each ticket has the date plus the time. Can this be modified to just indicate the date?
I guess it won't be via the UI but directly in mysql

[2] There's a type of priority within osTicket called "Emergency". Is this completely removable?

Just change your date-time formats in the Admin Panel.
Sure you can do whatever you want as it’s open source.

I'm sorry I wasn't clear enough with [2].
Basically I want to remove that priority completely & permanently without breaking
rocketchat. I understand the priority property of a ticket is linked to several other
properties which will be linked to even more others.

Is there a way of doing this without breaking rocketchat?

Wth is rocketchat? Sounds like a 3rd party mod in which you will need to reach out to the makers directly for further assistance. This forum is for core osTicket and core osTicket Plugins.

Again, it’s open source so you can do whatever you want with modifications. If you make the modifications appropriately you will have no issues.
