"Authentication Required" message with MFA

I recently installed osticket and then installed the 2FA plugin. I set up 2FA with an authenticator app. Once a login is cached, it seems to stop working and gives the error shown below. If I log in an incognito tab, I'm able to authenticate just fine. It's the /scp/login.php that I'm logging into.

The login page seems to respond with an error code which isn't 200

422 is intended so browsers don’t suggest saving the incorrect credentials. We have a pull coming for the next release that will address session issues.

I will say that once you upgrade to the next release (when it comes out) you should clear all cache/cookies/sessions for the site so nothing is holding on to the old sessions. If you still run into the issue please report it again so we can take a further look at it.
