How to create a web form through osTicket?

Hello there,
I am here to know an info related to osTicket. I want to know that can we create a webform through osTicket. If yes then please guide me. I have a web related to creepy text generator online tool (gsfonts[dot]com/creepy-text-generator/). I will be very thankful to you if you can guide me about it.

You can make custom forms within osTicket (like for opening tickets),
You cannot make a stand along web form.
Although you could use html, and a glue language (like PHP or Javascript) to make a custom form and then utilize the ticket open API to open tickets also.
