I have full access to the osTicket, but when I want to delete the ticket I see a piece of white and it does nothing else, is that an error?

Check your logs (general server logs, webserver error logs, PHP error logs, MySQL/MariaDB error logs, osTicket System Logs, Browser Console logs, etc.) for any related errors.

Thanks... My logs are only saying error to mailer and I see this white thing....
That’s strange and you need to look into that but it’s not relevant to the issue at hand. You need to check your other logs for any relevant errors.
Error logs are not displaying the actual error currently. I was talking to Kevin about this earlier today and this is a known bug.
