Hi
I'm having some trouble getting OAuth2 working, I am running osTicket intended just for internal staff and would like OAuth2 functionality just for email (SSO would be nice if it works but not necessary as users accounts are synchronised on prem to AD)
We use Microsoft 365 for Outlook and have Azure AD setup on most accounts, osTicket is running on prem on a Debian machine using Apache2.
Email functionality was working with the app specific password Microsoft gives + legacy basic authentication but this would break every so often and spit out a load of error messages.
I have tried to setup OAuth2 but I couldn't get it to work as I wasn't sure what to put in this field during setup
(on prem I changed the DNS record so the portal could be reached by typing helpdesk/)
I did also setup our IIS webserver as a reverse proxy that applies our SSL with a subdomain (helpdesk.contoso.com) which is working but I don't know if this strips / compresses / removes data Azure needs.
When I try and login to email the furthest I have gotten is a blank blue square in osTicket or a Microsoft login error
Any help would be appreciated to get emails working either with or without a public url.
