1.15.4 to 1.17

Hi All, due to MS implementing OAuth2 we need to upgrade our 1.15.4 installation to 1.17.

Can I do a direct from 1.15.4 to 1.17 or do I need to go in stages?

Yes, you can always upgrade straight to the latest.

I have managed to install the wrong filestorage pugin and now OSTicket is giving me http error 500 ....... any ideas anybody?

Go to the database and delete the relevant records in the _plugin and _plugin_instance tables. Then SSH to the server and remove the plugin file.
