i.e. : We have a ticket that has a due date. It was determined that the subject of the ticket is to be implemented at a future undetermined date We want to clear out the due date. Make it blank. Is this possible?

If you have an explicit Due Date set you can clear it but it will then use the Ticket's SLA to determine an Estimated Due Date. There is no way to fully clear it unless you you don't set an SLA for the Ticket and don't set a Due Date.
