Has anyone seen this.
When a response to a ticket is posted in the web interface, an email does not get sent and instead this pair of errors are logged to the system log:
Unable to email via php mail function Unable to send mail: Unknown error
Unable to email via SMTP: xx@xxx.xx (tls://smtp.office365.com:587/SMTP) Cannot issue HELO to existing session
I do receive the auto-response email when the ticket was created so the system can send mail.
The default MTA is set to the above email address
Any suggestions?
