Hi,

This is our osTicket Server Info:
osTicket Version v1.17 (1d8b790) — Up to date
Web Server Software Apache/2.4.37 () OpenSSL/1.1.1g Phusion_Passenger/6.0.6
MySQL Version 5.7.34
PHP Version 8.0.11

I upgraded about a week ago from v1.16.3 to 1.17.
By default, I use Chrome and until today morning, I could access to osTicket without any issue.
However, some of my colleagues told me they were facing some login issues.
I allowed both osTicket accounts login and Azure login. Both worked fine for me until now, maybe because I checked the box "Remember me" last time I logged with Azure.

Since this afternoon, I am unable to login with Chrome.
I tied with Edge and Firefox and it works well, at least today.

This is what happens:
I open osTicket and get to the page "...login.php".
I enter my osTicket userID and pwd, then click on "Log in".
The verification animation is displayed then I get back to "...login.php" with the message "Authentication Required".
On the logs I can see "Agent Login - xxx logged in [IP address], via osTicketStaffAuthentication.
There is not other error in the logs.
The same happens when I try to login with Azure.

Does anyone know what I can do to fix this?
Thank you in advance.

Clear your cache + session + cookies and retest. It sounds like potential session issues which we have a pull for that is currently being reviewed; it will be included in next release.

    Cheers.

Ok, I tried yesterday but I guess I didn't erase enough cache. This time I erased all the cache etc.. and it worked.
Thank you very much for your quick answer.
      Cheers.

This issue is still occurring. Clearing cookies and cache resolves the issue. Please look back into this.
