I have this problem
Has anyone else faced a similar problem?

More info:
osTicket Version: v1.17
Apache 2.4.41(ubuntu)
MySQL: 8.0.31
PHP: 8.0.24
outgoing working but remote Mailbox has problem .
OAuth2 passes successfully.

cannot connect to host ; error = fsockopen(): Unable to connect to ssl://outlook.office365.com:993 (Unknown error) (errno = 0 )

You will need to delete the email and re-added, check this post, I have a list under issues/solution

I tried but it didn't work.

I activate basic authentication in office365 but still showing the error.

with other apps it works.

Your errors saying unable to connect, something is blocking it or typo somewhere
Check logs, it give you pointer where the issue is

It could be a firewall.
Your web host may have a port restriction on it.
