Hi, I have noticed warning on my osTicket system as below but it runs fine on the SMTP configuration. Is there issue or just warning on the osTicket system?

KevinTheJedi I'm not sure but if I run telnet smtp.office365.com 587 on the server, it looks normal.
That’s why I said temporary. Not sure other than that or something on MS end.
KevinTheJedi I fixed postfix/SMTP and changed inet_protocols from all to ipv4 on osTicket server and it looks normal. /etc/postfix/main.cf inet_protocols = ipv4
