We use OsTicket osTicket FREE (v1.15.1 / Patch-2) — Deutsche Version.
Cause our Password Policy we have to Change our Passwords. So we have change the Password for the OsTicket Account .
But if we Write the Password in this field it cannot be write to the DB and cannot getting E-Mail.
What have we to do to get the Ticket System Working. Where we have to Change the Password and why u write nothing about that. We need Help.
