Hi my name is Rene.

We use OsTicket osTicket FREE (v1.15.1 / Patch-2) — Deutsche Version.

Cause our Password Policy we have to Change our Passwords. So we have change the Password for the OsTicket Account .
But if we Write the Password in this field it cannot be write to the DB and cannot getting E-Mail.
What have we to do to get the Ticket System Working. Where we have to Change the Password and why u write nothing about that. We need Help.

    It seems you are using a 3rd party version of osTicket. On top of that you are using an old, outdated version of osTicket. You would need to upgrade to one of the latest versions and retest.
