So, in order to use OAuth2, we have to upgrade to v1.17.

I was running v.1.15, and tried to directly upgrade to v1.17 but didn't work. So I upgraded to v1.16 and it all went fine.

Now, I am trying to upgrade to v1.17 but it is not working! If I simply copy/paste v1.17 to my Osticket folder (v1.15 or v1.16), the system goes offline and I am not even able to log in. (This worked fine when I upgraded to v1.16)

I have searched online but was unable to find a proper guide.

Can anyone please help?

    Use your local osTicket login info. Don’t use LDAP if you have that installed. Also, you must download and install the latest versions of the plugins you have installed before upgrading.

    You can also try deleting your session/cookies and retry login.
