OK so we have a MS rule that doesn't allow general users to add apps to the MS Tenant, which is stopping me setting up the OAuth2 Authorization, as it won't allow me to use my admin account, because my privileged account email address is not the one expected by osTicket. If I use the lower privileged user account to attempt to authorize the MS request I then have to wait until the admin (me) authorizes the user request, and by that time the ticket system has given up on the initial request and I am back to square 1. Any thoughts or workarounds to help me here!
