Thank you very much, I was able to update my backend to use LDAP, here is what I did to help others in case they have issues:
Just make sure to change p123i123 with your ID and Your_os_Ticket_db with your own database name:
mysql> show tables;
mysql> use Your_os_Ticket_db;
Once you are in the correct database:
I used the following to find a working user and copy their backend (eg. LDAP.client.p123i123)
SELECT * FROM ost_user_account
Then to make the change:
UPDATE ost_user_account
SET backend
= 'ldap.client.p123i123' WHERE backend
= 'ldap.client';
I did not have to change my Agent, since they were working fine:
For agents to do the same thing but the query will look like this:
UPDATE ost_staff
SET backend
= 'ldap.p123i123' WHERE backend
= 'ldap';
