Hi, a 1.10.4 system was set up by someone who left without documentation. I am an Admin on the system but when I upload an upgrade according to the documentation, the automatic setup doesn't start which suggests that I don't have rights to do this. I can see a user in the database with the first name of the person who set it up, and I would imagine that this account has the admin role. How can I take control of this system? Should I install a new system and import the data? This is not preferable really, but it would get me control. I did find a user called OSTICKETADMIN in ost_staff and have managed to log in as that, but the upgrade does not begin. PHP is 7.2. Mysql is 5.5.
