Hello everybody, I want to use osTicket for a tent camp. Therefore I want to sent E-Mails via osTicket to participants and want to set a reminder to get an answer on this ticket. Is this with osTicket possible? Regards Joko

Not at this time no. You can send an alert to Agents when a Ticket is overdue but not an email to the User saying "hey we need a response". Of course the code is open source so you can modify to your liking. We don't have documentation on how to mod osTicket so you'll be on your own.
