I have recently managed to get the Oauth2 O365 email working on my setup using Azure and with auto cron on in osTicket emails flow as do tickets. However, I would like to use a cron job instead of fetch on auto cron. I have setup a cron job on my host which is being successfully called but the mailbox is not being polled to bring in new mails/tickets. The logs for osTicket don't show any errors and the cron job logs also simply show that it is running every 5 minutes. Attached are my system setup and also the cron job command as setup on my Siteground host. I am assuming that as the host and cron job are both on the same system, the call is local and not requiring to go out over http? Just a thought..... All and any help is greatly appreciated.
