Hi, while creating a new ticket from the agent side, while the "Look up or Create" pop up form appears i have created a new user field which will be the vat number of each customer. The issue is that this new field is not searchable so when i fill it with the vat number of existing user it does not search and show me the specific user as the name field or the email field does, so i can select him. How is it possible the new vat number field to work as the name of email field ?
