Attachments plugin to FS not working after server migration

Hi, I've migrated my osticket instance to a new server (siteground) and I've updated to 1.17 to be compliance with OAuth2.
Everything works fine, but when I try to open an Attachment includend in old tickets, it gives Error! Impossible to download. I've checked the correct path in plugin settings (new ticket's attachments works fine), but I can't find the solution.
Attachments has been migrated to the new server and filename matches with the "key" value in download link.
Anyone had the same issue? Thanks

You either didn't download and install the latest version of the FS plugin or you didn't migrate the attachments appropriately. You could be having permission/ownership issues with the files/folders, you could have a firewall active, etc. Without errors or more detailed logs we'd be unable to pinpoint the issue.

To expand on what Kevin said

check your error logs (webserver, php, etc)
did you do the migration yourself? (did you copy all the files and the db?)
did you upgrade the Attachments on the FileSystem plugin?
can you check the browser console to see if there is more about that error?

Thanks for your answer, I've upgraded to 1.17 and then I've migrated to a shared web hosting server. Migrated DB, Files, and changed every pointment to DB and domain name.
I've tried to set permissions to 777, to the attachment folder, but nothing. I've updated the plugin, even if is the same versione 0.3

From report log I see this error:
IOException: Unable to read resource content
(root)/XXXXXXX/E/ERxp3kVbNpCkfiCM3zJjG0IS0hnchGE4: Unable to read from file
The file exists and the db record there is too!.
I've seen that in the download link are present 3 parameter: key (filename) expires and signature
Could be a signature issue?

Unable to read from file this indicates file corruption, file permission issues, or file ownership issues.

I had some issue copying files from my pc to new server with FileZilla. During this step results corrupted. I've executed again the same operation with WinSCP and now everything works fine. Thanks
