Unable to add new agents

I have added a second Admin Agent and they have not received the email and temprory password.

Forgot password doesn't work - Unable to reset password, Contact your administrator

Also if I try to reset the password in the admin panel, I get this screen, which never ends -

If it’s a repeating error you only need to post it once.

escapeshellarg() is a built-in PHP function so if that doesn’t exist you have deeper PHP issues which you will need to contact your systems administrator for further assistance.

Also it’s trying to use Sendmail to send an email which is causing the error (which you still need to fix that issue) but you can setup SMTP so that mail will be sent from the configured mail server instead of Sendmail.
