OAuth2 + Microsoft + Fetching Emails from Shared Mailbox

Hi,
I somehow managed to enable OAuth2 after upgrading i used the guide in the docs [https://docs.osticket.com/en/latest/OAuth2/Microsoft%20Authentication%20(SSO)%20Guide.html] for this.
However this guide may be enough for normal user login but in my case I need osTicket to authenticate and fetch emails from a shared mailbox. So the user that is authenticating has a different email than the mailbox that will get fetched. This setup did work fine with basicAutentication I assume there is a way to do this I just don't know how. It would be great if someone could give me a step by step explanation what to setup after following the Guide mentioned before to get shared mailbox email fetching working.

After following the guide osTicket shows the following error
Email Mismatch: Expecting Authorization for sharedMailbox@mydomain.com not user@vmyname.onmicrosoft.com

I did it this way:

Login to portal.microsoft.com, go to users and activate and setup a login for the shared mailbox user
With this logindata work like with a normal mailbox-user

This worked without any voodoo for me.
