KevinTheJedi Hi Kevin, thanks for the quick response. The osticket is installed on a hosting (Cpanel) I have contacted the hosting support and this is what they have said. " Currently the URL is showing "Restricted access". We checked the logs in detail and couldn't see any details of this restrictions. It looks the restriction is enabled within the application. We recommend you to contact the application osticket.com vendor and ask them to check whether any access restrictions enabled for site URL"
