So we have been running for ages without any issues. Ive then seen Microsoft have remove their legacy authentication and maybe thought this is the issue. However im not good at Azure, so i hopped someone could help me to fix my issue.

kdnknz Hi - Everything is setup like in the video. And again, it have been working for years. Suddently, more exactly 2 days ago the 10-10-2022 it stopped moving incomming mail to OSTicket

Sounds like MS disabled Basic Authentication for your tenant. You will need to upgrade to 1.17.x, install the OAuth2 plugin, and configure Modern Authentication:
