Problems with extensions and imap protocol

Hello everyone, I am currently using the new version of OsTicket and I am having problems mainly with imap despite giving it the permissions to use this protocol by the mail server.

Also, in the system status it tells me that I have errors with some php plugins (it is worth mentioning that everything is correct in the cpanel and I have them installed)

I was reviewing in this forum possible solutions from both the mail providers, up to 2auth, but I can't find the solution anywhere.

Sounds like Basic Authentciation is not allowed, you have 2FA enabled, or the username/password is in-fact incorrect. You can contact your mail administrator or mail provider to see which is the case.

I have access to the office administration panel and checking the password everything goes correctly because everything works through SMTP. About the 2FA it is also disabled.

Something else possibly causing the problem?

That doesn't really mean anything. I'm 99% positive you don't have Basic Authentication enabled.
