Upgrade 1.16.3 to 1.17 - Error applying update Database stream:core

Hello,

IIS10\Php8.0.18

As stated in the title really, I have merged the upload folder from the 1.17 zip with my install, logged into the admin panel, the upgrade wizard appears, press upgrade now and it fails almost immediately. If someone can point me to a logfile for this I will happily provide. In the meantime, please see attached screenshots for the install version details and the actual error.

I sorted it, I was using two plugins which were not included in the ZIP, MultiLDAP and Attachment Preview, removed those from the plugins folder and it worked.

Those are not core plugins but 3rd party plugins that are not developed nor maintained by the core developers of osTicket. I would bet those are outdated. We do not recommend running 3rd party plugins, etc. as they eventually cause more issues than what they’re worth. But to each their own; use at your own risk.

Yep, my own fault really, should have checked before I started the update. Hopefully the attachment preview gets updated by the author, it's quite useful.
