After installing osTicket , the portal loads as shown in the image. Please help to resolve it

Looks like your site is not running PHP.

To me it looks like css is not being parsed... like maybe something is preventing it from being loaded. Usually if PHP isn't running on a webserver then you will see <?PHP code code code code ?> in the browser.
