Dear all, we are planning the migration of our 1.15 to 1.17 because we have some issue with OFFICE365 and IMAP poller (AUTH FAILED, from yesterday)
We need to fetch specific shared mailbox with the new version 1.17 , which is the correct procedure to access the shared mailbox with the OAUTH2 settings? Currently we are using these settings

    mb123 You can temporarily re-enable basic authentication to get things back up and running ( see https://www.kraftkennedy.com/how-to-temporarily-re-enable-basic-authentication-in-exchange-online/ ), but this is only temporary.
    With regards to the upgrade, the OAuth instructions are at https://docs.osticket.com/en/latest/OAuth2/Microsoft%20Authorization%20Guide.html (you'll need to install and enable the OAuth plugin first), and from my experience it all went smoothly. The only suggestion I can give is before you do this, temporarily allow users to grant consent to apps. You can turn it back afterwards, but it makes the setup process so much easier if your helpdesk mailbox can grant the required consent.

    (That screenshot also looks like you're using a third party theme? If so, you may want to remove it first, as any unofficial customisations will most likely cause issues).

    Thanks , now it works using the MS link . Currently we have upgrade to 1.16.3 without issues. Can we use OAuth email with 1.16.3 or we should upgrade to 1.17? If we try to upgrade to 1.17, OSTICKET doesn't work . Redirect to login page is forced, If we try to login some php error are logged to the apache log. Both php 8.0 or 8.1.

      You must upgrade to v1.17 to use OAuth2. If you get errors then you need to check your error logs for any related errors.

      Also people noted issues with this theme and v1.17 so that may be the culprit as well.
