hi, i installed a osticket 1.17 with a new database... everythink seems fine... but the ticketlist is empty:
what could be the reason for?

I noticed it says the php version is 8.2.0beta2. Could you attempt to use a non-beta version of PHP? or a lower version of version 8?
I'm not sure if PHP version 8.2 is supported. I'm using 8.0.24. This version words fine with OST 1.17
