Hoping someone can please help as I have been working on this for ages !
I have managed to upgrade the helpdesk to V1.17 and install Open Auth and set it up.
I have followed all of the tutorials and after setting up the app within Azure and pasting in the correct endpoints and secrets i get this after typing the correct credentials for the helpdesk email account :
I am able to log into the helpdesk using staff accounts via Azure, but am unable to get the fetch part working.
Please help and thank you!
