Recovering password

Hello,
I have lost my password. I have tried to update with md5 like others say but when i try to log in :
It says Valid token CSRF needed or your session has expired.
Any idea ?

This is really strange. I have changed the password in phpmyadmin.
If i try to access osticket with firefox, i can't. But with edge, i can.

This is really strange. It was working on firefox, right now not anymore

Then i try on Edge, it was working and now, i can't anymore

I have the same error with the Token.

Right now, it is working on Google Chrome but until when ?

Have you tried clearing your browser's cache?

Or you can try putting your browser into incognito/ anonymous mode.

CSRF token issues usually resolve on their own after a few hours.

Other than clearing your browser cache, you can also check to make sure that your time settings are correct everywhere. (db, server, php, etc.) if you have a mismatch the token by be being created in a pre-expired state.
