To login we use http Passthru on an IIS so our staff can login with their AD details so they don't have to remember a new password and our computers do auto login. Since our update to 1.17 there is at least 1 agent per day unable to login until they use another browser or delete their cookies. They come to the login screen of ostickets with the message "verification required", if I delete the cookie OSTSESSID and reload the page it also logs in immediately.
Could this be an error in my configuration?
