Upgrade Help

I currently run v1.12 and now need to update to fix o365 email fetching. I run this on a VM using XAMPP. Can someone provide a good upgrade path for me? I have tried updating, and then updating XAMPP to get the correct php versions and coming up with nothing but issues. Should I upgrade to an intermediate version before going to 1.17?
Looks like my versions are: Mariadb 10.1.38, Apache 2.4.38, PHP 7.2.16

There is usually no requirement to upgrade to an intermediate version of OsTicket.

You will want to have PHP at version 8.0.x or similar though (8.1 should work too but 8.0.x is fine too).

Provided you have a good database backup and a copy of your ost-config.php file safely backed up you should be fine to upgrade in the usual fashion: https://docs.osticket.com/en/latest/Getting%20Started/Upgrade%20and%20Migration.html
