Hi,
osticket runs stable up to yesterday. When i opnen a ticket in the agend or user section i get an 500 error.

The ticket will be opened, but when i klick on it, i can see only the upper section.

Ok, then i rolled the system back, 1 day, 2 weeks, i did a complete maschine restore - no way. Any idea? I set the log level to debug and couldn't find any entries about newly created tickets.

    You’ll need to check your logs (general server logs, webserver error logs, PHP error logs, MySQL/MariaDB error logs, osTicket System Logs, Browser Console logs, etc.) for any related errors.

    No entries in the mariadb error log, webserver etc.

    Interesting is, that i have in the detail filed informations from the last ticket i opened.

      There are old threads on a workaround for this issue. Please search and apply the needed changes suggested in the older threads.
