Error 404 OAuth2 - Ubuntu

Hello,
Just recently installed 1.17 and when I configure OAuth with Microsoft, I get to the login page and when I click Accept for the permissions requested, I get redirected to a 404 - The requested URL was not found on this server. I followed all directions for OAuth2 here:

Was I supposed to make changes on the server itself on one of the config files? I do apologize if I missed a step or missed another post talking about this. See picture for OSticket Information:

Thank you for the kind words. You just need to install and enable URL Rewriting for Apache. You can follow the below guide or simply google "how to enable url rewrite on apache for xxx" where "xxx" is your server OS (CentOS, Ubuntu, etc.).

I did want to clarify, OAuth2 works for agents; meaning I can login with my O365 email address to the OSTicket Portal. I am just having an issue with the Authentication for the email that does the fetching.

You pasted your Token endpoint in the wrong field. You need to put the Token endpoint in the Token Endpoint field and set the Resource Details Endpoint back to what it was before.

Well, that is awkward...Once I made the change, it worked. But now, when I click save changes, I get an "AUTHENTICATE failed" I did confirm that I can login to this email address through the office.com portal.

Then you probably need to contact microsoft for further assistance.
