You would have alter the code of the plugin to generate an email when you for you when it adds the user.
I'm not sure how you would do that as I haven't looked at the code for that plugin in a while.
nlibla Another thing that would be nice was a way to have users added to a organization based on the OU from ldap.. Or have it so that multiple instances of LDAP can be setup and each have a option for which org those users are assigned to.
This isn't a feature in osTicket at this time. Again you would need to alter the code to do something like this.
