Hello everyone,
we are starting to use osTicket in our company, and I started to adjust it to our needs. One thing i was trying to adjust is the filter: me and my collegues, we all have some special fields we are responsible of, fields for which we could create help topics, for example i'm in charge of eLearning.
So if anyone creates a new ticket with the help topic "eLearning", i want a filter to automatically assign this ticket to me.
So what i want is to filter the tickets by topics, more Easy would be to filter them by topic ID, unlike the topics themselfe they are already in the ticket table.
I already tried to do this on my own, but obviously i did not find all the lines to change...
Maybe anyone could tell me which parts i have to adjust, or maybe anyone already is using this feature??
