Hi, we have osTicket (v1.15.2) and it's working fine. However, we just switched to Office365 and now we need impleent oAuth in same version.
My question is does oAuth addon available for my version.

No, you will need to upgrade to v1.17 stable when it gets released.

I've upgraded to v1.17 and successfully integrated oAuth2-Microsoft.
Only one thing is not working and it's fetching email using cron job. I can see cron is running in logs, but no mail fetched.

Check your system logs for any related mail fetch errors.

no error in system logs. just show the success run of a cron job.

Then I'm not sure. If you don't see any errors then it sounds like either Mail Fetching is not enabled (Admin Panel > Emails > Settings > Email Fetching > Enable), you are using the wrong PHP version for the Cron Job, or maybe the configured mail settings (hostname, port, authentication info) are no longer working.

It's enabled with "Fetch with AutoCron".

and sorry for opening new post. I thought this belong to v.15 and I should move to 1.17.

Fetch on Auto-Cron should not be enabled when you are using Cron Job. Only the Enable box needs to be checked.

Thanks. un-checked the Auto-Cron. Let's see if it start fetching emails or note.

Do I need to change any settings in the cron.php file? the PHP v is 8.1.1

No, you just need to make sure the Cron Job is using the correct PHP version and that you've enabled email fetching at the email level as well as the system level.

The cron job is running under PHP v8.1.11. can you pls explain on the system level as the email level has already been configured. Thanks

Do I need to add the following in oAuth config's scopes:
1) offline_access,
2) POP.AccessAsUser.All
3) SMTP.Send
4) User.Read

Right now the following setting is there:
offline_access https://outlook.office.com/Mail.ReadWrite

One thing I noted is that the Ostickets doesn't load the old emails from 28/Sep till 14/Oct.
Is there any way I can force Osticket to process these emails?

It sounds like you are not moving the emails out of the fetch folder once done processing.

well, when I tried to set up mail to move to another folder after processing, I get the error "POP mail servers do not support folders".

Oh right yea pop doesn’t allow that. Then you will need to manually remove them from your inbox or set your max emails per fetch to a really high number (not recommended).
