I have a problem, today we didn't receive e-mails from osTicket, tickets have been created but nobody received the e-mail about the creation. in Diagnostic i tried to send an email, it says that the e-mail was send but i didn't receive it. what could be the problem?

    Right, but there has to be a reason why... either you didn't configure SMTP properly, you are getting Mailer Errors in Admin Panel > Dashboard > System Logs, or you are getting a PHP error in your logs (please check your server's documentation to locate the PHP error logs and Apache/IIS error logs).

    You can also check your Admin panel -> Settings -> Tickets -> Alerts and Notifications
    If someone shut them all off then you wouldn't received that alerts.
