When user open a ticket via email (I configured email fetch), OsTicket send alert emails to admins and staff and who is configured.
But, when same user post a reply to same email, no email was send. If that ticket was already responded, it returns unresponded, and new email was added in thread, but no alert email was send.
It's possible to send an email for every new user reply?
To notice: in case users reply to Osticket email, so Osticket correctly send alert email to operators.
But, if a user reply to his own email prevoiusly send, then user email added in ticket thread, and ticket became unresponded (bold), but no email swas send.
Can you help me?
