Hi, we have some problems with Zendesk. When zendesk customer mail to us and we reply, and our OSticket ticket change to "closed". after that ZD customer reply to us but ticket status doesn`t change to open. This happen only with ZD replyes. Have anybody solution for this ?

I've not seen anyone mention Spiceworks yet. Used it at my last two places - self-hosted and tickets can be opened, responded to and closed via email or the web front end.

I bet it’s considered an auto-reply/auto response in which it will not trigger reopen. If this is the case then you’ll need to modify the code to accomplish this.
