Hi !!!

I have a question. It's possible to filter the help topics that users can see?
This is for example:
My user1 can open a ticket (Help Topic with a form) for request hardware and another ticket to request software.
My user2 can open a ticket (Help Topic with a form) BUT CAN NOT request ticket software.
Is possible I can make this differentiation to final Users (not agents).
