Does anyone know what the variable might be that is added to the thread of who created a task? For instance, if I go into a task it say it was created by "Brian Cox". I want to add that element to the email template for new Tasks that way in the email notification the department is notified who created the task for them without having to log in to the ticketing system to find out.
