Why can't task queue be configured the same as ticket queues?
Customized Task QUEUE as we have for Tickets
Tasks will have this in v2.0, but with legacy (the current codebase) Tasks will not get this update. Reason being is Custom Queues were originally made with Tickets in mind and then we would expand the feature to Tasks and such. However, we are focusing more on v2.0 than the legacy code so we decided to abandon the idea for the current codebase (as we are rewriting it all anyways).
