Username length issue for Basic Authentication(osTicket 1.17.x RC)

Hi all,
We have upgraded osTicket from 1.15 to 1.17.x RC.
I observed that username length is limited to 30 characters.
To add new email, I need to increase the length of username to use basic authentication(Legacy) option.
I could not find the username in ost_email table.
Please help with information to change the usrename length.

I'm confused by your post.
username is not email address.

Yes, in Office365, we have email address and username (Login name) are different.
I am talking about Login information. Refer the attached screenshot for the field that I need to increase the length.

Just edit the code to increase the field length or inspect the page, change the HTML input field length, input your username, and save changes.

Thank you Kevin, I could not find the exact source code to edit the field length.
Can you please help me withe the file names, where to change the field length.

I meant right click the page, click Inspect, find the input, and update the length before submitting the page.

I believe the new RC4 (released today) will address this issue as well.
