I noticed that when a visitor goes to Knowledgebase and clicks on an item in "Browse by Topic", the browser shows the a dialogue message saying "Leave Site? Your changes may not be saved". Is this a known issue?
That is not an osTicket screen. That is a browser window. The web browser is warning that user that they are leaving the page and going some place else. The browser thinks that they entered something that hasn't been saved. (like into a form)
